A federal court cleared the way on Tuesday for President Donald Trump to build his border wall, ruling that the administration has the power to waive a series of environmental laws to speed up the construction. The state of California and environmental groups had been counting on the lawsuit to derail the border wall, and the judge’s ruling to the contrary is a major boost for President Donald Trump.
According to our source, America News Central, the same judge who made it, was the same judge that Trump accused of being biased during the 2016 presidential campaign.
President Donald Trump will travel to California next month, and his trip will include a visit to eight prototypes for his proposed U.S.-Mexico border wall. The Trump Administration has formally asked Congress for $18 billion in wall funding. Trump’s immigration overhaul framework proposed a trust fund totaling $25 billion that would include the wall construction monies to be allotted in one lump sum, but as part of a broader immigration deal that has so far eluded lawmakers and the White House.
The Democrats do not care about the immigrants. They do not care about the DACA children. They only care about votes. But the people were smart enough to choose Donald Trump as the president, because he truly loves and cares for the American people and our country.
